Shipping times vary depending on your location and the type of order (standard vs. custom). Typically, standard orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Custom orders may take up to 21 business days due to production time. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

Absolutely! Visit our Custom Orders page to learn how to begin the process. We work with you to create a design that reflects your story, colors, and symbolism – woven by our master artisans.

5. What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
